If you’re still deciding whether to leave

If the divorce is underway and everything feels chaotic

If it’s over but you’re stuck emotionally

I can help you think clearly when everything feels unstable

  • how to handle CAFCASS”, “parenting plan basics”, “legal steps in UK divorce”

Why work with me?

I'm passionate about helping people like yourself, supporting you in getting your best outcome. I draw on my decades of experience as a family social worker (including having worked in the family courts), qualified counsellor, International Coach Federation accredited coach,, and hypnotherapist.

I've supported lots of people to get through this in a way that gets the best outcome for them and I can do the same for you

I bring a unique dual perspective to my coaching. My background includes time working within Cafcass, giving me firsthand insight into the Section 7 reporting process. Currently, I work as an Independent Social Worker preparing complex assessment reports for the Family Courts.

I know what professionals are looking for when they assess a family. I help you understand that 'assessment lens' so you can present yourself with calm, authentic confidence—and avoid the common mistakes that driven, anxious parents often make.

If you are reading this, you are likely a capable, successful woman who is used to being in control, managing teams, projects, and life, and perhaps children. But right now, you might feel like you are spiralling.

The ending of a toxic or unhealthy relationship isn't just a breakup; it is a shock to your system. The grief is real, the confusion is overwhelming, and the constant second-guessing ("Did I imagine that?") can be exhausting.

You have a lawyer for the legal fight. You may have an accountant for the numbers. But what about you?

I am here to be your thinking partner and your safe harbor. I help you cut through the mental fog, separate your emotions from your choices, and reclaim the confidence that the relationship may have eroded.

Stop spinning. Start planning. Let’s find your clarity together.

Does this sound familiar?

You're good at handling life. You're usually confident, clear on what you want and know how to get it. But the current situation has knocked you for six. You've got a hundred thoughts running around in your head, maybe about the legal process, whether you should stay in your home, how to support the children through this, how to get the best outcome for you, how you want your life to look afterwards ... and that's on top of the roller coaster of emotions and the responsibilities of day to day living in the meantime.

You want to make the right decisions and whilst you've got great friends and helpful family, sometimes you're not sure if their advice is right for you.

You want to take control of what's happening to you so you can reclaim the confident clear thinking person you know you are. Perhaps you haven't thought about coaching to help navigate your way forward but you know you need support. Relax, we got this

Working together

I offer a private, confidential online space where you can be yourself and feel emotionally safe. Together, I will help you unravel and make sense of where you currently are in your process and where you want to be practically, physically, and emotionally with a focus on tools and strategies to get you there.

Areas we might typically work on:

  • Auditing your current relationship to help inform your future intentions

  • Getting you feeling fully prepared on where to focus, and what to ask when speaking to your solicitor so you make best use of your time with them

  • Negotiating co parenting plans

  • Effective communication with your ex

  • Supporting your children through the process

  • Your own self care

  • Managing strong and confusing feelings

  • Your preferred future post breakup/divorce and how to actualise this

And whatever else you bring to our sessions
